At ZAYRON//SYSTEM, we want you to train with confidence. If something arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, we will make it right.

30-Day Guarantee

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund or replacement for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. To start a claim, email us at perdomopepsi@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

How Refunds Work

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the error is ours.

Print-on-Demand Products

Our apparel is made on demand, which means each piece is produced specifically for your order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind reasons (wrong size ordered, color preference, etc.). Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. If you receive the wrong size due to our error, we will replace it at no cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please request a refund for the eligible item and place a new order.

Sale and Discounted Items

Items purchased with a discount code (including ZAYRON10) are eligible for refunds under the same terms above. The refunded amount will reflect the price actually paid.
