The 5AM Protocol: A Minimalist Morning System
Share
You don’t need a 27-step morning routine. You need a protocol — a short sequence, executed the same way, every day.
0500 — Move. Train before the world wakes up. Not for the photo. For the proof: you kept the first promise of the day to yourself. Strength, conditioning, or mobility — the modality matters less than the consistency.
0600 — Focus. One deep block. Phone in another room. A single objective, worked until it’s done or the timer ends. This is the MIND pillar: attention is the rarest resource you own. Spend it like it.
0700 — Reset. Cold water. Ten minutes of stillness. Write down the three things that matter today — not thirty, three. Then start.
That’s it. No ice baths on camera. No productivity theater. Just a system small enough to survive a bad day and strong enough to compound over a year.
Run the protocol. The results take care of themselves.
A SYSTEM, NOT A SLOGAN.
